Kaitlyn Borneke, PA-C

Kaitlyn believes the best dermatology care starts with listening. She is passionate about helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their care. She values building lasting relationships with her patients and believes the best care is built on trust, education, and open communication.

Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts from the College of Saint Benedict before completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Charleston Southern University. Originally from Lake Crystal, Minnesota, Kaitlyn is proud to provide dermatology care close to home and considers it a privilege to care for patients throughout southern Minnesota.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, traveling, reading, and spending time at the lake.

Jeffrey Weideman, PA-C

Jeff is an experienced dermatology physician assistant who has cared for patients throughout southern Minnesota for more than 17 years. He is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care while helping patients better understand their skin and make informed decisions about their health. His experience spans the full spectrum of medical, surgical, and preventive dermatology.

He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine after completing his bachelor's degree at Luther College. He later completed postgraduate dermatology training and earned Diplomate Fellow status through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, reflecting his commitment to continued education and clinical excellence.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golfing, playing guitar, grafting apple trees, and spending time with his wife and three children.
